Most of the popular Kali Linux pentest tools are command-line based and don’t require a GUI, which makes Docker an excellent alternative. If you’re running Docker on Linux or macOS, it requires less resources than a full blown virtual machine. You can still run it on Windows, but it will use more overhead than Linux and macOS. All you need is a system with a web browser and docker installed. Just download the KaliBrowser docker image and start playing with Kali Linux operating system inside your web browser. Run KaliBrowser. KaliBrowser is actually a docker image built with Kali Linux Docker, OpenBox, and NoVNC HTML5 VNC client. So, in order to run KaliBrowser, you. The beauty of this is that you can install Kali Linux on almost any system, which can run Docker. Let's say, for example, you want to run Kali on Digital Ocean droplet but it does not let you spin-off a Kali Linux directly like it does for Ubuntu.
